Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently accept international payments via Paypal in the following currencies : USD, AUD, GBP, EUR, HKD, JPY and SGD. If you would like to pay in a currency other than those listed above, please send us an email on customersupport@justherbs.in so we can help you out.
How long will delivery take?
Normal delivery time is 7-10 working days* (public and bank holidays in India are excluded) from the day you place your order. *This may vary depending on the time taken for customs clearance in India and in the destination country. You can always write to us on customersupport@justherbs.in should your order face any such unusual delay. We're always there to help.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you will receive an invoice as a PDF attachment in the order confirmation email which is triggered almost immediately after you place your order. In case you do do receive this, please email us on customersupport@justherbs.in so we can help you out.
Which shipping partner will be used for sending across my order ?
We are currently using DHL for all international (outside of India) orders.
