Yes this is attached with the order confirmation email sent to you after order placement and also included with the actual package that you will receive.
Yes, Cash-on-delivery is available for orders within India to select pin codes.The minimum spend to avail of COD is Rs. 1000 COD.
Shipping for all orders is free.
Up to orders of 100USD (and equivalent amount) shipping charges are 30USD.
Between 100USD and 200USD the shipping charges are 15USD.
Above 200USD, shipping is free.

Sometimes there is a delay in reflecting the payment from the payment gateway, so you might not receive the confirmation email straight away. Don’t worry, if the transaction has been successful, you will receive the confirmation within 12 hours.
We provide up to three miniatures (35 ml for liquids and 15 g for jars) with every purchase on our website. The number of miniatures you can get depends on your order amount.
Orders below Rs 500 – 1 miniature
Orders between Rs 500 to Rs 1500 – 2 miniatures
Orders above Rs 1500 – 3 miniatures
You can request for the miniatures you wish to have but these are subjected to availability. In case your requested miniature is not available at the time of packing your order, we will add the next best replacement based on the details in your order.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, if you are not satisfied with a product(s) and bring the same to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s), we will try to help you in the best possible manner on case by case basis. In genuine cases we will be able to offer you a credit note of value equal to your purchase. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) on the day of delivery.
Orders once placed through www.justherbs.in cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through www.justherbs.in

Product & Ingredient Safety
Yes, the products are 100 % safe. However, even natural ingredients may cause allergy to some. We suggest patch testing any new skincare product either on the back of the elbow or the wrist to check for irritation.
First, we as consumers need to understand that the term “chemical-free” when applied to cosmetics and personal-care products is a bit of a misnomer. Chemicals are all around us.Plants are made of chemicals called phytochemicals and we ourselves are made up of chemicals.
Just because something has a chemical sounding name, doesn’t mean it is necessarily bad. Sodium Chloride, for example, may sound like a potentially harmful chemical to some but it is in fact the chemical name for table salt!
There are both good chemicals (safe and beneficial) and bad chemicals that may have side-effects and/or be detrimental to health. The latter variety should always be avoided not only in food products but also in beauty and personal care.
We know that what we put on our skin gets absorbed. However, knowing good chemicals from the bad ones is not easy for the average consumer. At Just Herbs, we do the research so you don’t have to.
We follow our proprietary Just Herbs ingredients standard in all our formulations. This stipulates adherence to the following best practices:
1.If there is a controversy around an ingredient, we will not use it. Just Herbs products are free from petrochemicals, parabens, SLS/SLES PEG/PPG, Genetically modified ingredients (GMO) and other potentially harmful synthetic ingredients.
2. We’ve adopted full ingredient disclosure across our formulations. This means that in addition to a few active ingredients, even base ingredients are fully disclosed on product labels and on our website so you know what exactly is going on your skin.
3. We use the highest possible concentration of certified organic and wild crafted (harvested from their natural or “wild” habitat, for food or medicinal purposes) ingredients in every treatment, and use cold-pressed, certified organic plant oils as the base wherever possible.
4. Just Herbs plants are grown in their ideal habitats, which allow them to thrive and their essences to reach peak potential.
5. Our ingredients and formulas are never tested on animals.
Our products are between 98.2% (where natural alternatives are not available) – 100% natural with certified organic ingredients used wherever possible and we publish this information on our official website here: www.justherbs.in/ingredients. So consumers can research ingredients before they shop.
