I have been using this facewash for about 5 years now. I'm loyal to it because nothing suits my sensitive to dry skin better. I've had lesser breakouts and it keeps my skin soft and clear. My only hangup is the new packaging. The pump version of the facewash was a lot more convenient and easier to use than the current one.
